Sales Consultant – Lipscomb Ford

THIS POSITION IS 6 DAYS A WEEK 

  • MONDAY - FRIDAY 8am-6pm
  • SATURDAY 8am-2pm

Job Responsibilities

  • Understand and implement dealership sales process
  • MUST BE DRIVEN & SELF MOTIVATED
  • Own every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery)
  • Present and demonstrate inventory
  • Cold calling
  • Prospecting out in the community
  • Selling yourself as a valuable representative of the Lipscomb Dealerships
  • Review, update and manage daily CRM tasks
  • Prepare and review monthly goals and targets with sales leadership
  • Maintain customer experience and monthly sold units to dealership standards
  • Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certification
  • Be extremely proficient with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software (VinSolutions)

Education and/or Experience

Experience, education and prior sales training are a PLUS.
